I got 99.82 percentile in JEE main and eligible for Jee advance exam. However I got admitted to Bits pilani CSE course. How fruitful is BITS Pilani cse course. If I get chance in IIT cse course, can I get refund of deposited amount.

Still if you are looking to take admission to IIT, you must withdraw within one week so that you will get back half of tuition fees of first semester. If you missed the time, you will not be refunded but you can still cancel your admission.

At first you can't compare VIT to other colleges like Amity. You didn't mentioned the year he got placed, times have changed and the placements at VIT for CSE are unmatched with exception of BITS. Vellore institute of technology ranks 15 in the nirf engineering rankings and one can't get such high ranks until it excells in each domain.
Vellore institute of technology, Vellore has an average package between 7-8 lacs currently for CSE that will definitely touch 9+ by end of four years. No, I dont think you should go for further iterations in BITSAT Counselling with a Score of 226. Atleast having scored 240-260, would be still worth a try sitting till the last iteration. Of course, you may secure B.Pharm, incase youre tareting that at either of the Campuses of BITS Pilani. Otherwise, the lowest Cutoff in 2020, was BITS Hyderabad was anywhere around 240 for M.Sc. in Biological Science and Chemistry as well as B.E. Civil and Chemical.
Based on the 1st iteration round of BITS 2021, probably I will get M.Sc Economic in Pilani campus or B.Tech EEE in Goa campus. which one is better option for future scope?
Ideally, if you take M.Sc. Economics now at BITS Pilani Campus and are able to convert into BE CSE or EEE, the following year with Dual Degree in Economics, thats a win-win situation. If youre Academically strong and confident, as well as Pilani is in Vicinity of your Hometown, or youre anywhere from the Central/Northern Part of India, prefer BITS Pilani. Otherwise, incase youre good to go with EEE, BITS Goa Electrical is a Nice Option with Good Placements, youll even end up saving a year.
When should I start preparing for BITSAT only (No JEE). I am currently in class 11, should I start now or from class 12 onwards, without taking any coaching. (I can take 1 year drop also if needed). I want CSE in any of the BITS campus.
The MANTRA for BITSAT is always "Start from the basic".
And this is the right time. If you have basics and NCERT on your tips then nothing can stop you from qualifying BITSAT with flying colours. Usually everyone starts either from class 12th or just before few months of the exam and ends nowhere, or even if they qualify the exam, getting the desired branch becomes difficult for them.
So my suggestion is if you start giving just few hours regulary from now only, then at the time of examination you will have everything on your tips.

To meet the ambitions of the students who could not get admission to BE Programme,the institute has created facilities by which a student who is admitted to MSc Programme will be given an opportunity to work under the dual degree scheme for a second degree in BE Programme.This assignment is made by competition on their performance at BITS at the end of first year, seperately in Pilani,goa, and Hydreabad campuses.
Requirements of both the degrees are structured to be completed normally in 5 years:
Students who are admitted to any of the group B programme will be eligible for dual degree in one of the programme of Group A under 'First Priority'.The assignment of dual degree is done on the basis of performance of the student, options given and the availability of seats.
A limited number of students with high performance can also be considered for dual degree from group A to group A, group A to Group B, group A to group C, group B to Group B, group B to group C.These are called' other priorities'.The number of students who may get a dual degree in any of the programme will be very limited.In the case of students who want to do a dual degree in group B,there will be a liberal approach in considering their application.

Dear Sir, since BITSAT counselling and admission process is getting completed in advance by end of September before JOSAA counselling. in case of with drwal of admission in BITS , will the admission and semester fee will be refunded? please can you advise?
Yes , please don't be worried about the refund of fees. If a candidate wishes to withdraw his/her application he can do so by making an application and following the refund policy offered by the institution. They will refund the money after deducting a basic processing charge. But make sure you read the refund policy really well before making any transactions. Good luck !!
