Both VIT/BITS are good along with Nirma or PDPU in Gujarat. In fact, BITS is better than VIT in so many aspects. I would suggest you to aim for BITS as only VIT Vellore Campus is considered to be better among all their campuses. BITS has its own value as you might know, it focuses on your all round development and ensure a smooth career journey from college to your company. The college experience will definitely be one of the best which will allow you to be experienced professionally by the end of your final year.

Colleges in Gujarat like Nirma University and PDPU are good as well, they have really good placement packages and have around 80-90% placement percentage. One huge difference which you may notice is the fees in these colleges are comparatively less than BITS or VIT by a huge margin. So, do consider all the points while deciding your college.

Don,t worry if you wish to opt your seat in the Vit then after some deduction in fees they will give you money back to you. Your 12th original mark sheet will also be given back. Don,t hesitate to give all the exams and choose best among them.

If you are willing to get admission in BITS , then a candidate must have passed from a recognised Central or State board or it should be equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics  and adequate proficiency in English with minimum 75%  aggregate marks in PCM with at least  60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects.

Further admission is purely based on the merit and the merit position of the candidate for admission will be based on the score obtained by the candidate in the BITSAT - 2020 examination .

Till now, there is no official announced by BITS Pilani regarding the increase of seats in the engineering course. BTW, if we try to predict than due to COVID-19 pandemic, the students applying for BITSAT will decrease, then the cutoff will also be lower, so clearly, there is no chance of increase in engineering seats in BITS Pilani.

See placements depends on how students perform in academics and Co curriculur activities. But it cannot be ignored that an important factor of placement is opportunities provided to students. And, IITs provides students almost 100% placement opportunities. However, when it comes to the ambience and Environment of bits pilani  it can leave IITs behind.

You do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for BITS Pilani as you have not been able to score atleast 75 percent aggregate in PCB. This is a must to be eligible for admission in any of the campuses of BITS Pilani. You individually scored more than 60 percent in the subjects which was also needed. However both the conditions needed to be fulfilled.

Also, one who fulfills the above condition needs to appear for BITSAT exam which is the entrance test for the campuses of BITS Pilani. Try again harder.

Yes,you are eligible to apply for BITSAT2020,for taking admission in BITS Hyderabad you have to get more than 60% percent marks in the BITSAT Exam,If you got more than 60% marks in BITSAT you are eligible for admission in BITS pilani Hyderabad or BITS Pilani.

If any one willing to get the admission in BITSAT without writing BITSAT exam the student should be an state topper.

For admission In BITS Pilani Hyderabad The BITSAT exam is mandatory and get more than 75% in physics,chemistry and maths in board exam.
