You need at least 250 rank under general category in wbjee.But if you are from West Bengal means you belong to West Bengal then even in lower rank you will get CSE in jadavpur university.But each year cuttoff change little bit.

411200/- for first year ...and
375000/- for next each years.
For Phd program :-
First year fees is 74015/-
for second and third year it is :- 37815/-
M.phil is a one year course
its fees is 411200/-
Acc To BITS PILANI admission marks eligibility criteria 60% is req in each sub..so this 60%is taken out of 100(theory+prac) or only theory?

The criteria for minimum 60% will be counted upon the total marks i.e out of 100 in each subject- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. The minimum aggregate required in all the 3 subjects should be minimum of 75%.

What is the eligibility of scholarship in bits college for if I score 85% to 90%

There are two types of scholarships in bits pilani in that one is merit based which means based on your current CGPA score you get 80% scholarship reduced. For each semester there will be a cutoff. for each batch only 10 are chosen. And the other is merit cum need scholarship. If your parents annual income is less than 7 lakhs then you get scholarships

You have very less chance of getting admission in BITS, Pilani. You should consider colleges like LPU, SRM, or Amity.

Inorder to enter into all these elite institutes which you have listed here, for all of these you need to have a atleast a 75% score in Class 12th apart from the VIT college in VIT only you need to have only of 60% in pcm as the academic eligibility. So in your case if you have a 60%in pcm in Class 12th from any board then you can easily apply in to the VITEEE.
