The cut offs in any colleges depends on certain conditions which further decide the cut offs for that year. The reasons like number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the examination, number of seats in the college.
But looking at the general trend the cut off for the mechanical branch considering you as a general category in the comedk examination is around 43k in round 3 so you can make your decision by referring this cut off.

BMSCE offers 16% seats in management quota and 4% seats in NRI quota.
Graduate work in BMSCE is multidisciplinary, intense and intellectually demanding. The college has high academic standards and each course has specific requirements. The requirements specified below are the minimum necessary for graduate admission to the college.
You are normally expected to hold or to have achieved the following:
- Pass in PUC / 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics / Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 60% marks in the above subjects taken together, of any Board recognized by the respective State Governments / Central Government / Union Territories or any other qualification recognized as equivalent there to.
