The placement of BMSIT is 100 percent this year for CSE branch.

Talking about the packages, the average package for CSE branch goes around 7-8 LPA. The highest package was around 22-24 LPA from on-campus placement.

If you do want to get a broad feel of all areas in CSE ,then it would be advisable to take CSE general without any specialisation.

However,if you are interested in AI or ML which are cutting edge research areas,then you could go with specialising in that niche field.

Talking about SIT Tumkur, placements in this college will be as usual as in any average private college. Many good companies come to recruit students, and the average salary package offered will be around 4 to 5 lacs per annum. According to previous year's, in electronics and communications department, one can get a salary package as high as 10 LPA. The placement rate of EC department in this college is really good. But decent in CSE department.

Now about BMSIT Bangalore placements in this college are pretty good compared to other SIT Tumkur college. The average salary package offered ranged between 6 to 7 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was around 4 LPA and the highest salary package went up to 27 LPA. CSE and ISE departments are the best for placements.

So for CSE branch the placements are better in BMSIT Bangalore than SIT Tumkur.

Hello Suraj, CSE course in BMSIT is much more valuable and worth it than SIT Tumkur. The cutoff for CSE branch in BMSIT is much lower than SIT which suggest that there are more meritorious students in BMSIT and that in SIT. So, the college will have better companies during the placement. Also, MSIT is located in Bangalore which gives the students much needed industrial exposure.

Placements in bmsit are great. 

About 63 companies have visited for the placement drive in the seventh semester of 2014–2018 batch students. I will not consider the placements that took place for the seniors in their 8th sem. Almost everyone who was eligible for placements have been placed. The highest package that was offered is 16 lpa. However musigma had a bond that promised 21 lpa with some criteria to be fulfilled like in the period of 3 years etc. Just in case you're wondering the second highest was 14 lpa. All the students who secured these packages were from cse. And since there's placements next sem too it'll mostly be for some unplaced students or for better packages. Hope I answered your question.

BIT is a good choice since Placement wise BIT is good, location wise also BIT is good as well as the faculty of BIT is a lot better than BMSIT. Highest package is around 10-20Lpa whereas the average package is around 5-4Lpa.

In BMSIT the faculty is not so good, placement wise highest package was arund 18Lpa last year.

BMSIT - It is considered as one of the top ranked colleges for engineering in Bangalore. There are many opportunities for placements in this college. The average salary offered in placements was around 6 - 7 lakhs per annum. Top recruiters are Amazon, reliance, cognizant, endurance and many other companies. They have well qualified faculty.

KLE technological university - KLE technological university provides many courses. Less placements as compared to BMS. But, companies like Walmart labs, infosys, mahindra, Bharat electronics come for placements. Around 75% - 80% get placements. Hostel facilities are also available and many sports facilities are also provided.

Based on your requirements and preferences, you can select the college.
