Book
Hello aspirant,
Both of the above two mentioned books are best recommended by toppers for the preparation for JEE advance. So you must go with any of the two mentioned books - Arihant and Disha - and you must focus on solving the maximum of the problems as you can. This is because, in JEE advance, the Concept based questions are very important. So you must focus on clearing all of your concept and muct clear all of your doubts instantly.
According to my experience, you can Choose Arihant for Physics and Disha for Chemistry and Mathematics . For previous year question papers you can get book of another publications, no issues in that. But yes, please keep solving previous year questions from all of these books as they help a lot to know about the pattern of the paper.

Hello Aspirant,
If you are preparing for JEE you will automatically be prepared for all other exams like WBJEE, Comedk, BITSAT, etc. The syllabus for all these exams is 98% similar to JEE. Also, the difficulty level of these exams are less than JEE. So, you can easily crack all these exams if you are studying sincerely.
For BITSAT the only extra effort you need to put is solving BITSAT Mocks. In BITSAT exam, you have to solve 130 questions in 3 hours whereas in JEE Mains you have to solve 75 questions in 3 hours. So, the most important thing in BITSAT is speed and accuracy. One month before the exam, solve one BISAT mock daily and analyze your speed, and accuracy and learn to manage your time. The level of difficulty of BITSAT is comparatively lesser than JEE Mains. If you study sincerely, you can easily crack the exam.
The syllabus for PCM is the same for BITSAT and JEE Mains. However, in BITSAT you have two extra sections- English and Logical Reasoning. You can study these using Youtube or any other platform.
English Syllabus:
Grammar
Vocabulary
Reading comprehension
Composition
Logical Reasoning:
Verbal reasoning
Non-verbal reasoning

Hii
First of fall you do clear concept and do easy question on that concept. Then you take some example question from reference book and solve without seeing solutions. After that you take question from previous year and analysis how to question ask in jee on that topic. You take idea and solve past year question. You get confidence. And this confidence help to crack in jee main exam
Hi,
NCERT is considered to be a treasure by every JEE aspirant. There have been instances in the past years that questions in JEE Mains were directly quoted from a chapter of the NCERT book (physics/chemistry).
So, you have to study it religiously, that means devote 2-3 hours daily to read the books chapter-wise, and read every line. If you make it a habit to sit and read the books daily, eventually you will see that you have completed your syllabus smoothly.
Coming to your question, there is hardly any shortcut to success. Regularity is the key.

4. Text book of practical Physiology – Ranade.
5. Basics of Medical physiology- Venkatesh D & Sudhakar H H
6. Manipal Manual of Physiology – Prof. C N Chandrashekar
here are some of the reference books suggested by RGUHS
1. Review of Medical Physiology – Ganong William F.
2.Physiological basis of Medical practice – Best & Taylor
hope you find this information helpful!
Dear aspirant
Both the books are good at it's own level, both book's are used by different students studying MBBS, BDS, nursing or physiotherapy etc.
Both are standard book's and have recognised & recommended by various professor around medical College in India.
Sembulingam is more of exam oriented books and it have more tables and flow charts for explaining various physiological processes,so it's more easy to learn from this book. From my suggestion some unit's like CNS and reproduction are not good in this book. This book is mainly preffer by South Indian medical College
While AK Jain is more of theory type and explanation is of ver easy language so it's easy to understand, mostly prefer by most of students in northern states.
From my suggestion you should just visit your library in college, read same chapter from both the books and whichever is easy for you to understand buy that book and refer the other book from library time to time.
It will be better for you to combine and read both book's for understanding the concept. But during exam time always preffer only one book whichever you have. For exam sembulingam is good from my point of view.
Hope this was informative and helps you to make decision.
Best regards
