IA Maron book is one of the top Calculus book.

This book is good both for Differential C alculus and Integral Calculus. It inc lude various kind of problems, with full explanations and illustrations. The questions are arranged in the order of increasing difficulty so that you can master them easily.

so we can say that Russian calculus book is good for jee!

But talking about the competitive nature and difficulty level of this exam, you need to refer some standard reference books of JEE Main and previous year questions too for calculus to crack this exam.

NCERT books form the base for the JEE entrance exams, especially for the JEE Main. A common mistake made by many students is to start with reference books directly while their concepts and theoretical knowledge are not very strong.

NCERT books will give you a firm grounding of concepts and, thus, are the best books to start your preparation. It is also worth noting that 60-70% of the JEE Main paper is based on NCERT books. However, they are not enough for practical questions.

Yes it is possible , If your really thorough with NCERT you can crack any competitive exam , even you can clear JEE and JEE advance if you are really thorough with NCERT and even can slove additional problems mentioned in NCERT , Example in Physics text NCERT there are lot additional problems in electrostatics ,  which are not often asked in board exams but most of its concept used to solve such  problems are seen in competitive exams like JEE and NEET

All over India NCERT is treated as base , so make sure you are thoroug with NCERT to the core so that you can get good scores in 12 th board exams as well as crack entrance exams and get into your dream college of dream branch
