1) All India Post Graduate Physiotherapy Entrance Test (AIPG-PET)

2) State-level entrance exams (e.g., Maharashtra Common Entrance Test - MH CET)

3) University-specific entrance exams (e.g., Manipal University Entrance Exam)

If you belong to obc category then you have high chances of getting government college with 380 marks but through All India Quota , which course you will be offered to you , can't be predicted now . It will depend upon neet cur iff which ultimately depends upon , students appeared,  difficulty level of exam,  normalisation process,  availability of seat,  previous year's cut off etc.  See for AIQ only 15% seats are offered so it will be difficult to get mbbs, bds

With a rank of 790 in IPU CET for BPT (paramedical) under the OBC category from outside Delhi, your chances of securing admission in a government college are moderate. Generally, IPU reserves a small percentage of seats for outside Delhi students, and the cutoff varies each year depending on the number of applicants and seat availability. While your rank is competitive, it will largely depend on the counseling rounds and the number of seats left after earlier allotments.
