I have 3 backlogs in b-tech under bput. I want to clear those backlogs without exam by paying money. Is it possible?

No its not possible to clear your backlogs by paying money to the university, you have to clear it by giving the improvement exam the best you can do is to score high marks in the internal exams so you have to score just enough to pass in the semester exams.
And you can contact to your concerned teachers to get the important questions and notes and study well you will definitely clear the exam, Good Luck!
Answer laterwill the part admission fees paid after allotment of seat of 10000 will whole be returned to us in form of adjustment of fees. As the collage is saying BPUT, university will keep 5000(1550 as 1st sem exam fees, bal nonrefundable) &5000 will sent to collage and adjudtment will be done with the fees.
The extra fees that you paid through counselling will be adjusted in your college fees and if anything remains then that will be refunded back to you. Usually this takes some time. But whatever extra you paid will be surely returned back to you.
BPUT conduct online open book test in 20 july.But book,net, laptop,data problem are there.Student cant go to center for exam.when intermediate semester are cancel,then why not cancel the final semester?When ugc provide guide line to cancel the final semester of all University,then why Bput conduct?

Ugc guidline has come and its upto state to state to cancle the exam or postponed, so the exams were postponed as final year students get degree in last year and companies will prefer the students who has given exams, so it will be beneficial for you, if you give exams. Intermediate students are passed based on internal marks as they are not getting degree this year and they are not in final year, so company would not visit, so there is not problem for intermediate class student.
So just focus on your studies and this is very good chance to get good marks, as you have much time to study.
