To get admission in Cambridge University, applications from students taking Class XII examinations will only be considered as competitive for applying to the University of Cambridge.

Prospective undergraduates should apply, in accordance with the procedure described in the University of Cambridge Undergraduate Prospectus, not later than 15 October (and preferably earlier) in the calendar year preceding the one in which they wish to come to Cambridge.

The eligibility criteria for CISCE and NIOS applicants is a minimum score of 90% or higher in five or more relevant subjects. While CBSE candidates need to have five or more A1 grades in relevant subjects. The State Boards applicants will be considered on a case by case basis. Applicants will typically require scores of 95% or equivalent in five or more relevant subjects.

Most applicants are required to take a subject-specific written admission assessment, either pre-interview or at interview.

To be considered for funding, complete the standard University Graduate Students' Application Form and complete the 'funding' section. You can then be considered for all scholarships you are eligible to apply for . The deadline for Cambridge -Trust scholarships is usually the first week in December.
