• Clinical scientist
• Marine biologist
• Food, industrial microbiologist
• Research assistant

Salary at the starting is around 3lakhs p.a. to 3.5 lakhsp.a.

Salary after gaining 5 years of experience is around 8 lakhsp.a. to 10 lakhs p.a.

Salary after becoming senior is upto 20 lakhs p.a. to 22 lakhsp.a.

BSC in food technology is a three year undergraduate programme involve studying food technologies like preservation of food, manufacturing and processing of food.

A food technologist works on developing new techniques, which are both cost effective and improve upon existing methods. It involves maintaining hygiene, keeping the color, potability etc.

It's a very good career choice and there are many recruiters in the field of food technology like Dabur, Amul, ITC, Pepsico, etc.
