Admit card has all the details like school code, center code, roll number (most important) and other details that are required to see your result. So one can cannot afford to loose it. But if you loose it, don't need to panic because you can check your result by following ways also:

1. You can ask all details from your friends like school code and center code.
2. You can ask your school to provide you admit card. Usually schools keep a copy of admit card with them fro emergency cases.
3. You can even generate admit card online on CBSE website. The duplicate admit card can be obtained by entering your affiliation code as user-id and school code as password.

But one should always be responsible and loosing such important documents can lead you in many difficult situations. Be careful.

Your question is not quite clear but I assume that you want to correct your DOB in AADHAR card. In that reference I would like to tell you that there are 15 documents authorized by government for use as Birth proof which includes:

• Passport
• Birth Certificate
• PAN Card
• SSLC Book/ Certificate
• A certificate on UIDAI format or ID Card having photo and Date of Birth or DOB duly signed and issued by a Government authority
• Photo ID card with Date of Birth, issued by Recognized Educational Institution
• Certificate of Date of Birth issued by Group A Gazetted Officer
• Government Photo ID Card or Photo Identity Card issued by PSU with DOB
• Central or State Pension Payment Order
• Central Government Health Service Scheme Photo Card or Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme Photocard
• Marksheet issued by any Government Board or University
• Certificate of Identity with Name, DOB and Photo issued by Recognized Educational Institution signed by Head of Institute on UIDAI format
• School Leaving Certificate or SLC, School Transfer Certificate or TC with Name and Date of Birth
• Certificate of identity with Name, DOB and Photograph issued by Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation or EPFO on UIDAI format
• Extract of School Records issued by Head of School with Name, Date of Birth and Photograph

So following that you can use the marksheet or SLC as a proof to change DOB instead of admit card which is not part of above mentioned list.

If you remember your Roll numer, then you could easily download documents like Marksheet, passing certificate form DigiLocker. As per IT Act, DigiLocker Certificate are valid documents. If you don't remember your Roll number, then I would advise you to contact your School. You school can give you a copy of documents like Marksheet , Migration etc. You can also apply for marksheet or admit card from Your education board also.

In case your CBSE admit card gets lost then you should immediately contact your school authorities and ask them to issue you a new admit card. In most cases the school has a soft copy of all students for avoiding any circumstances and they will provide you the admit card.

For your Roll number , you may also ask that to the school, they contain all records or you can talk to your friend who has a roll number closer to your roll number because only the last few digits differ and that is also in a numeric order, so that can be figured out.

If your admit card gets lost, then you should immediately contact your school authorities, they will provide you a copy of the admit card through board and you would be able to appear for the exams. And if all your exams are over then there is not much need of the admit card, just you should keep your Board roll number in mind.
