Good Luck...
I got 125 out of 720 in neet and belongs to sc category. In cbse board I got 70%. Kya Mein madhaya pradesh ke aiims ke liye eligible hun ya kisi bhi medical government college ke liye eligible hun ? Kya mujhe kisi college mein admission mil sakta hai? Kya Koi possibility hain. Please guide
I'm really sorry to say this, but you have very low marks for getting admission in aiims madhya pradesh..
The expected cuttoff of aims is above 600,either you are from any category but you have very low marks, their is no chance of admission in aiims madhya pradesh..
Even you have no chance of any government college in india ,and a less chance of getting admission in private medical college because you only qualify the neet cutoff score but your score is very low ..
Hope you find this information useful

I got less percentile in jee main ,I should go for 1st round or wait for 2nd round i.e with cbse board in mpdte councelling
Hello Student,
Due to the increasing competition it is important to score higher rank to get into the topo universities. But even with the reservation or any quota like home state quota, the chances of getting into a top university such as BITS are a bit low. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs also would be tough to get into with a low score. Also other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes ( CFTIs) such as the IIITs also would be a bit tough. There might be some chances of you getting into newer NITs such as NIT Andhra Pradesh or NIT Pondicherry into courses that are relatively lesser in demand such as metallurgy.
I suggest you to apply for state colleges or any other private institutions and wait for the second round of counselling alone as it would be a bit risky. There are pretty many good private institutions where you can apply, write the entrance test and get through.
To be on the safer side I would advise you to apply to other colleges as well for taking the courses of your choice.
Some of the universities are:
1. Ssn college in chennai
2. Amrita institution in coimbatore
3. Psg college of engineering in coimbatore
4, cbit college in Hyderabad
5. Vasavi college
6. Sastra deemed to be a university in thanjavur

Please tell me will i need 75% in CBSE Board this year for admission to NITs if yes then, My overall result is 78%. But in PCM only is 69%. So which is considered?
Hello Aspirant,
This year in the wake of COVID-19 Ministry of education announced relaxation in class 12th 75% criteria, means now the student should must have passed class 12th to become eligible for admission to NITs through JEE-Main but note that this relaxation is only for this year not for next year(till now).
From next year the criteria of 75% will be applicable and according to this criteria the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum of 75% marks overall not particularly in PCM. So if you re having 78% overall marks then you are eligible for JEE-Main.
For more details refer to the link given below :-

However I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-

Good Luck!!
I have studied 5th class to 12th class (CBSE BOARD) in bangalore. 1. I studied in CBSE Board in Bangalore Karnataka. Does my BOARD make any difference my local status 2. I studied Kannada as a language only in academic year in class 5th. So I still have to write Kannada eligiblity test for KCET.
First of all let me tell you board doesn't depend at all.But the school from where you have studied must be within state of Karnataka. The criteria for the eligibility in KCET exam is that the candidates must have passed their class 12 exam or equivalent exams from any boards.Candidates must have physics, mathematics as compulsory subjects along with chemistry/, Biology etc.
Since you have studied in the educational institutions for a minimum of 7 years so there is no problem for admission in government seats. The another criteria states that the candidates should have passed 11th and 12th from school within state of Karnataka.
Hope it helps.
All the best

The syllabus of UPSC is more humanities oriented, hence if you are wholly and solely focused on this exam, then you can choose various subjects like political science, geography, economics, history, sociology, economics, or even law as a subject is equally good, these all comes under syllabus of UPSC exam as well as are present in the list of optionals, it helps to a large extent in UPSC if your graduation subject is your optional as you must be aware that UPSC has such an extensive syllabus and syllabus of optional paper itself is nothing short of graduation level, hence with your graduation subject you will be already acquainted with the relevant knowledge and you just need to go through it on a regular basis to strengthen it further, and accordingly apply the same into practice in the form of answer writing, some of the initial things you can do even from college days is to download the UPSC syllabus and learn it by heart as you'll get to know what to read and what to skip, secondly develop the habit the newspaper reading on a regular basis, this is highly recommended and it should continue till the day of your interview, such is the relevance and importance it holds, even board members that will interview you want to test your level of awareness pertaining to various aspect happening in the country or outside, and lastly, NCERT are the foundation of UPSC, when it comes to study materials start with these always, and then move towards standard book, also keep resources minimal, read one book many a time instead of many book one time, later on as you'll be progressing you can go through previous year paper in official website of UPSC, practice mock papers and test series, you can refer toppers' answer sheets available online for answer writing purposes, these are the few minute details yet important ones that I shared with you.
