Hello,
The admission in B.tech through CENTAC is based on merit on class 12 examination for candidates belonging to union territory of Puducherry.And for candidate outside union territory of Puducherry the admission is based on merit is JEE main score.If you belong to UT of Puducherry you don't need JEE Main score to get admission.

I prefer,manakula vinayagar institute of technology college in puducherry.so,if I need to write jee exam or not...for centac....

Manakula vinayagar Institute of technology, Pondicherry offers various ug and pg courses in engineering.
The admission to B.E/ b.tech programs is taken through jee main exam.
So you have to appear in jee mean exam to get a seat Manakula vinayagar Institute of technology.

Im expecting 360 marks in neet.sc category of Rajasthan will I be able to get mbbs seat in government med college .

The cut off for admission in Government Medical Colleges in Rajasthan under the 85% State quota for the SC category was in a range of 460 marks amd above in 2018. And for admission in these colleges in the year 2017 the cut off was 470 marks and above for the SC category under the State quota. So considering the past year trends you seem to have less chances of admission in a government college in Rajasthan with 360 marks. If your score is above 460 then you will have fair chances for admission here.
