There is no distinction of EWS certificate in case of states or central. So your EWS certificate is valid in BHU.

To get a EWS certificate you will have to visit the municipal office.

The UoH entrance examination is conducted every year by the University of Hyderabad for candidates seeking admission into the 5-year integrated Master’s degree programmes and other postgraduate degree programmes it offers. Now coming back to your question that if you have to study 11th syllabus too for UoH entrance exam then  the answer is YES.

For example if you are going for the MSc in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Statistics, then below are some of the Mathematics chapters of class 11th you have to cover.
