All medical seats are divided into % All India Quota seats, 100% Central Universities Seats & Deemed Universities Seats, AIIMS, JIPMER and ESIC Seats & AFMC & 100% seats of VMMC & SJH (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota ).

So MCC and DGHS conducts counselling for all India quota ,Counseling for Medical and Dental Seats in the Deemed Universities,central universities  (University of Delhi (MAMC, UCMS, LHMC), AMU, BHU), ESIC & AFMC &

100% seats of VMMC & SJH (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota ).

Central Universities also have the same procedure for Counselling. Delhi University has Lady Hardinge, UCMS, MAMC colleges. Seats are further divided into state quota like Delhi university offers quota to state students as AMU Offers seats for their colleges students.

Rest 50% are available to different students of various states.
