Yes you can join Central University of Karnataka colleges if you are under the same universities and also offer the Subject a combination which you have opted in in 1st yr. you can always check with your university offices. And remember there are lot of approvals required for this change to happen.

The B.Ed program in central university of karnataka is a two years program. It is divided into four semester.The admission for this program will taken on the basis of entrance test.
For admission to central university of karnataka one has to give CUCET. Cucet is a common entrance test for admission to various programs in central university. So you do not require to give separate entrance exam for admission tp B.Ed in various central university.
The paper is of two hours divided into two parts.
PART-A: English, General awareness and Numerical Ability (50 MCQs)
PART-B: Teaching Aptitude (50 MCQs)
