what is deemed & central University?
Deemed universities are those institutions that, owing to the high quality of study carried out there, have been given a status of autonomy by the UGC recommendation. On the other hand, Under the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), the central university is established by an Act of Parliament and is under the direct jurisdiction of the Department of Higher Education (DHE). In deemed to be Universities ,In assessing classes, syllabus, recruitment and tuition, universities achieve absolute autonomy or freedom. Such institutions may also be considered to be eligible to award degrees of their own.

which is better to choose for BTech CSE central University of Haryana (or) gayatri vidaya Parishad (visakhapatnam)
I believe you should pursue CSE from Central University of Haryana, as it has a huge locational advantage being located near IT Hubs at Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. Secondly being a Central University, it has a structured curriculum made by experienced faculties and will help in your holistic development as an engineering professional.
Last season more than 70% students were placed with recruiters like L&T Infotech, AMITY, NIIT Technologies, PayTM, TCS, Infosys visiting the campus.
All the Best.
sir i have got central University in Rajasthan in jee main in round 2 i have floated and in round 3 i have got IIIT in nagpur but there is no float option but there is only freeze and slide is there what can i doo
First of all congratulations on getting iiit Nagpur in the 3rd round counselling. Now as you have chosen float once in the previous round then there is no need to float it again and again. Because it will remain floated until and unless you get higher preference branch and freeze/slide it manually. So it's only showing freeze or slide option because you have chosen float once. Now if you are satisfied with your seat then you can use freeze or if you want a higher preference branch in the same Institute can you can use slide. Otherwise if you do not choose any one of between freeze or slide option, then it will be again floated automatically for the next round and if a next round you get a higher preference branch then also it will show two options to freeze or slide. But if you do not get any higher preference branch in next round then your previous allotted seat will remain with you that is IIIT Nagpur.
