I hope you are doing great in your studies. As per your mentioned query, if you currently doing graduation and at the time of exam if you will get your undergraduate degree then you will give the exam. Because as per the eligibility criteria, for the direct entry path student must have their undergraduate degree. And if you want to apply for the foundation path, you are eligible for that as per the eligibility criteria candidate should have complete their class 12th from a recognized institution to be eligible to apply for the common proficiency test.

Master of Commerce and chartered accountancy are two different courses. There is no college or university in India which is offering master of Commerce and chartered accountancy together. Institute of chartered accountancy of India conduct examination and select charted accountants on the basis of their performance in the examination. But you can apply for master of Commerce degree after completing your chartered accountancy course. Chartered accountancy courses recognised as equal to undergraduate degree course.
