I am studying b.com.CA 1st yr ,i didntunderstand ,Fundamentals of accounts, pls help me,2nd SEM Youtube channel with telugu or english.
Hello Bille Nunkesh,
Firstly, if your fundamentals are not strong enough then it would create problem for you in college as well as CA. I would suggest you to first strengthen your weak areas in accounts by going through 11th & 12th class books using youtube channel. And once you are done with this you will not have much problem with your college as well as CA course.
I am suggesting this to you because I am also a commerce graduate and knows how important accounts is.
I am suggesting book for it refer to it and find it solution google. Refer to T.S Grewal for both 11th & 12th.
If still you have any doubt, feel free to mention it in comment.
All the best !!
how many similar ca foundation and b.com 1 st year sylabu,s paper
Hello Ajay,
The subjects that you study in both the courses are similar, however, the depth of study differs to a great extent.
In the Bachelor's degree, you will study core commerce subjects of Financial Accounting, Direct Taxation, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Mercantile and Company Law as well as a few others like IT, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Management Theories, etc.
On the other hand, in the CA curriculum, you will primarily study the core commerce subjects of Financial Accounting, Direct Taxation, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Indirect Taxation, Auditing, Indirect Taxation, Corporate Laws, Information System Auditing, etc.
There is a huge overlap in the subjects studied, but the CA curriculum goes much in depth in comparison to the B. Com syllabus. The difficulty level of the questions tested in the IPCC Level exams of CA will be slightly higher than that of the questions in your bachelor's degree. However, the difficulty level in the CA Final exams is tremendously higher in comparison. The CA syllabus is quite vast and exhaustive too. Being a professional course, it aims at providing expertise in its subjects to the students. The bachelor's degree provides only basic operational knowledge.
I hope this helps you.
All the best !!
how many hour will be study approx for clear ca foundation in two months
Hello Aspirant,
To be very honest if you are pursuing for Chatered Accountancy then minimum 6hrs self study each day is important and it would be best if you devote each section 2hours daily.
Now if we talk about similarities between Bcom 1st year and Foundation course syllabus then there are many topics that are covered up in accounts like joont venture, depreciation and Hifo, lifo methods, etc . In bcom 2nd year Mercentile law will be the common subjectin both.
Hope this helps you
Best of luck!
I want to know about CA foundation 2019
Hello Shaswat,
CA foundation is a kind of enterence test for for student who want to do CA as a career option from some top most institute in india. Once the registration is done for the Foundation course it will be valid for three years. But Registration in the course is not enough to appear in the Foundation exams. You have to fill the exam form to inform the ICAI that you are appearing in the Exam.
Thank you .
Hope it helps.
Iit jee exam vs ca exam which is more difficult
Jee adv and Mains have limited syllabus and higher passing rate of 2-3% for getting into IIT based on 12th 11th .CA has foundation intermediate final levels having pass rate of less than 0.0033% overall, never ending syllabus, hence CA is much tougher than IIT, CA is course but IIT JEE is only an entrance based on reservation .
What is the exam pattern for Ca foundation may 2019?
Dear Pramod, There are 4 papers in this exam and to be qualified its important to pass in all the papers with a minimum aggregate of 40% individually and a total aggregate of 50%. 2 papers are Objective type and 2 papers are Subjective type with negative marking for 2 papers. The subjects are Principles and Practises of Accounting, Business alaw & Business Correspondence and Reporting, Business Mathematics & Logical reasoning and Statistics, Business Economics & Business Commercial and Knowledge. For example, the score should be 40/40/40/40 in every subject and 50% overall. Even if a student gets 50% or above overall but doesnt get 40% in any one subject, he/she doesn't qualify. He/She is considered failed. And in the same manner, even if he/she passes all subjects but scores less than 50% over all, again he/she is considered failed.
I am now in b.com 2nd year my graduation was completed at 2020....can i join for ca course in 2019 after completing 2nd year in b.com??
Hello
It's preferable that first you complete your graduation because students who have completed their Graduation or who are going to complete can apply for the CA course through the Direct Entry Scheme.
Under this scheme a student who has completed Graduation from Commerce need to have at least 55% marks in the graduation and should have studied any 3 subjects of 100 marks each - Accounting,Auditing,Costing, Taxation, Management Accounting, Business Administration.
Through Direct Entry Scheme student do not need to give a CPT exam and gets directly admitted for the IPCC group.
After taking an admission under the Direct Entry Scheme a student can complete the CA course in 3 to 4 years. Whereas you also consider the 3 years of Internship. If we count together it will take around 5 - 6 years to complete the CA course.
I hope you find this information useful and helpful:)
I will pass +2 this year and i wish to take Ca/b.com under your concern how when where would i write your entrence exam in kerala
hello mehmood naser,
i will definitely try my best to solve your query.
so you wanted to pursue CA or B.COM , see both cources has their own space, some of the things may be common in this but almost both the cource have a diffrent path. so let me be clear to you abOut both the cources.
CA (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT) : This is one of the most professional cource you can pursue with the commerce strea. the cource is not that epensive as compared to the other course done form the universities. To pursue CA you must need to fill the registeartion form for CPT online. CPT stands for COMMON PROFECIENCY TEST, this is the foremost step for CA , you cna say that it is the entrance exam for ca to move on the further step to become a CA. But the level of its entrance is a bit high as comapred to the other coiurces entrance. when you clear the entrance exam you will automatically move on tio the further step for CA that is INTERMIDIATE. this is the second step of the CA. As soon as you clear the intermidiate whihc consist of 2 groups which you can give one by one or together and for this 15 months is the time in which you have to clear the exam. its upto you. adn then after the student have to do the article ship for 2-3 years which is like internship and it is mandatory for all of the ca students to do that. and then the last step comes that is CA FINAL, after clearing the CA final exam, then a student os official become a CA , and the job you may geta fter becoming ca is quite good you will definitelly get a good oavkage a s compared to the B.COM you will pursue from any university becasue you have to pursue MBA to get a good job after b.com. So i must suggest you to go for chartered accountant instead of B.COM.
I hope the information i have given is helpfull to you. all the very best have a great future ahead.
