MCOM CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT OR MSC COMPUTER SCIENCE ???? SALARY PACKAGE WISE ????
Hello Aspirant,
Salary-wise when you see, CA would be a better option as after clearing the final exam and becoming a certified chartered accountant authorized by ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ) , the starting salary would be approx. 7 lakhs per annum. Upon getting yourself placed at reputed firms or clients , as you gain experience , the salary will also increase. M.Com and M.Sc Computer science are also good options provided you pass out from an A level institute will good placements. M.Com is a better option if you are interested in academics /teaching and research career. Teaching positions in various top universities in India can fetch an attractive salary but on a general note M.Com may not get you a good job or high starting salary easily as your main competition would be MBA graduates who are plenty in number. Coming to M.Sc Computer Science, again the college or university from which you pass out matters but even to get a good placement , your skills and knowledge will play major role as it is a technical field. For instance if you have excellent coding skills , you may easily find a rewarding job , it is all about meeting market demands as software field is highly competitive. But M.Sc is more theoretical than application so again teaching would be good choice. So salary in M.Com and MSc Comp Sc. depends on the kind of job you land up in , the position level ,competition level and the company you are associated with, its based on your caliber and skills.
Hope it helps
how to do preparation for chartered accountant
1. Commitment, Hard work and Determination really work. Meaning there by, revise the course by Practice manual (PM) at least 3 times before exam day. You will really remember my words when the same question from PM will appear in the exam.
2. Patience and regular touch with studies. Daily at least 2 hours of study during your articleship can help you to overcome the pressure of whole exam night study.
3. Never ever ignore CA Institute module, Practice Manual (PM) and RTP. Otherwise; there is no need to read this answer. It is my personal experience that, without taking a single coaching class in Finals, I have cleared both groups with 3 exemptions (but it took more attempts to clear the exams due to lack of strategy). About 60-70% question are from PM. And for ISCA and Information Technology, PM + RTP is deadly combination.
4. Avoid Frustration: Many a times people get frustrated that they are not passing the exam, where as other friend after passing the exams are enjoying their life and posting photos on Facebook. Dear friends, dont be frustrated. A day will come when you pass the exam and the friends who were ignoring you will be the first person who will congrats you and will be in regular contact with you. (Personal experience)
5. Be away from all the negative factors ex: few people will tell you the story about his relative/ friend that he/ she has given their whole 10 years but cannot pass the exam. I would rather say that, their relative/ friend were in 2 successive 5 year plan. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
6. Always learn from your failure not the failure of your colleagues. Because you have to walk yours way and not theirs.
7. Make strategies and plans. Do not work on someones else strategy. May be they have made strategy as per theirs requirement, which would not work for you.
8. Test series really works. It will actually help you to solve the paper in exam like situation of 3 hours. Try to avoid this type of situation in exam by joining few test series before exam.
9. Avoid social media like Face book and Instagram, as it going to benefit Juckerberg and not you. Avoid GF/ BF, because in 99 % cases among them, one is going to suffer.
10. Studies vs. Articleship vs. social & Personal life: I would say that, articleship is necessary for your smooth carrier. But first of all you have to pass the exam to make your carrier. So give foremost priority to your study than articleship. Your boss will make pressure on you for work but you have to manage and escape to read one extra page.
11. If you thought of doing self study, dont reveal it to the boss. Rather say him that you have to join classes or pendrive classes. Take your time and study at home. In fact if boss asks you about your stay in the city, tell them that you are far away from the office location. (Again, its personal experience)
12. At least, be in regular touch with these subjects:
IPCC: Cost accounting and financial management, Auditing and assurance, Information Technology.
Finals: SFM, Advance Auditing, AMA, ISCA
VERY IMPORTANT: Try to secure at least one exemption in each group. This will help you in passing the group. AND presentation of answer which can impress paper checker is a must requirement.
13. Practice of making Notes for theory subjects. Especially, for Audit and ISCA. Learn and frequently revise all the technical words of these 2 subjects and use them in the exam. This will at least help u in fetching 5+ extra marks.
14. Prepare mnemonics and flow diagram/ mind map to remember the content easily.
Hope this information helps you ,
Thank you .
how to prepare chartered accountant enterence exm suggest me
To become a Chartered Accountant, you need to pass 3 stages:
CA Foundation
CA Intermediate
CA Finals
CA Foundation: While there is no particular stream in which students should have pursued their studies, it is mandate to have passed 10+2 to be eligible for CA Foundation. There is a 4 month study period that is mandatory and needs to be completed before appearing for the exams. There are 4 papers in this exam and to be qualified its important to pass in all the papers with a minimum aggregate of 40% individually and a total aggregate of 50%. 2 papers are Objective type and 2 papers are Subjective type with negative marking for 2 papers. The subjects are Principles and Practises of Accounting, Business alaw & Business Correspondence and Reporting, Business Mathematics & Logical reasoning and Statistics, Business Economics & Business Commercial and Knowledge. For example, the score should be 40/40/40/40 in every subject and 50% overall. Even if a student gets 50% or above overall but doesnt get 40% in any one subject, he/she doesn't qualify. He/She is considered failed. And in the same manner, even if he/she passes all subjects but scores less than 50% over all, again he/she is considered failed. The 4 months training period should be able to equip the students with the required knowledge on all these subjects and that's the reason why it is not necessary to have a Commerce background in 10+2. The exams are held in May and November of every year.
CA Intermediate: This is the 2nd level of becoming a CA. There are 2 routes for this phase. One is completing CA Foundation and the other is a direct entry. Graduates/Post graduates of Commerce/Non Commerce background can directly join CA Intermediate provided they clear their qualifying examination with the required aggregate. You need to be registered with ICAI for CA Intermediate for both the ways. There are 8 papers in CA Intermediate that are both Subjective and Objective type. And the same pass rule applies here as well. Should score above 40 in each subject with an average aggregate of 50%. The subjects are divided into 2 groups. Group 1 has Accounting, Corporate Laws and other Laws, Cost and Management Accounting, Taxation. Group 2 has Advanced Accounting, Auditing and Assurance Enterprise Informations Systems and Strategic Management and Financial Management and Economics for Finance. For Direct entry Commerce Graduates, it is important to have 50% aggregate in their qualifying examination and for Non Commerce Graduates, 60% aggregate is mandatory. And then there is a mandate period of Orientation period and study period. In CA Intermediate as well, the exams are conducted in May and November of every year.
CA Final: The Chartered Accountants Final Exam has 2 groups namely Group 1 and Group 2. Group 1 has Fiancial Reporting, Strategic Financial Management, Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics, Corporate and Allied Laws. Group 2 has Advanced Management Accounting, Information Systems Control and Audit, Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws. The eligibility is that you should have passed your CA Intermediate and registered with ICAI. You should have completed the mandatory 12 months Practical Training or Articleship or should be in the 12th month of training by the time of examinations. And the pass rule applies here as well. After the succesful completion of all these levels, you are now a qualified CA.

how can I become chartered accountant
First of all before starting your prepration prepare your mind for CA, because it needs full dedication, its not tough but hard work is must. One should be regular in his/her studies. Daily revision and practice makes easy for you to clear CA exams. I am quoting certain steps for becoming CA here:-
- First of all you will have to register for your entrance exam which is CPT at our indian institute for CA (ICAI). There are two attempts for this in a yera in June and another in December, select your attempt and fill the form accordingly. For June attempts forms are available from January. You can also fills the form online which saves your cost and time. You will get link at ICAI website for online filling.
- Then after passing out CPT regiater for your Intermediate level which is IPCC. It has two groups with 7 subjects. You can give both group individually as well as combined according to your caliber. According to me giving both group combined is better because you get set off benefits in it. Then after registration you will get your Study materials delivered at your home. You get nine months for clearing IPCC at your attempt you can also skip attempts if you want to prepare more.
- Then after clearing ipcc there starts your Articleship which is for 3 years. In it your get trained under a CA of your choice. During this 3 years you can start your prepration for your final level but you can give exam only after 2.5 years of articleship.
- Then after clearing your final level and completing certain formalities you get degree of CA and a unique membership number under which you can practice or you can go for job too.
Is Artcleship experience of 3 years under Chartered Accountant will be considered as an experience to apply for an Australian Permanent Residency
Greeting Aspirant,
CA articleship is not considered as work experience. I found out on an official CIC page that any work done in pursuing an education (like an articleship) will not be considered work experience.
Some schools like ISB are pretty clear about the fact that articleship experience is not counted as work experience.

Best of Luck For Your Future
which is the best for future *CA or *CS
Hello
Both CA and CS are good for your future, the thing is what you decides matters the most.
In most cases, there isn't a point to get both of these certifications. Both credentials offer different opportunities, but in most cases a CA can do everything that a CS can do. Thus, if you are going to get one certification, you are better off just becoming a chartered accountant.
Hope my answer helped you.
