It won't matter when you have done your graduation. However, you need to have a score of minimum 55% in graduation to get admitted in the course. You can directly get admitted in the IPCC course and wont't have to appear for CPT since you have already graduated.

Your life is settled when you feel it is and you are contented out of it. If you fill you can go for further studies then certainly you should as it will help. There is no hard and fast rule that after CA life is complete and settled

Yes you can definetly give your exam in may 2019 beacuse one time registration for CA foundation remians valid for 3 years which means for 6 attempt you can appear for exam.
