Hello,
As you have a decent score you can easily get into any private medical college in up , bihar , karnataka, kerala, chattisgarh but however we recommend you to take admission in private medical colleges of karnataka or maharashtra as the fee is quite less there around 6-7 lakes per annum and also they provide with all the latest equipments and facilities required during mbbs course.
Also maharashtra and karnataka have maximum no. Of private colleges in the country so you have more and better options to chose from.

Hi
You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let us know
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 587 marks you hold good chance to get into Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur
For example,
In neet 2019, 542 marks for general category got a seat in Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur
under Chhattisgarh State quota

obc chattisgarh 540 marks info for aiims raipur
This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to all of its branches across India to its MBBS courses through NEET score. And all the approximate 1400 MBBS seats will be filled through All India Counselling. So for starters, the State of eligibility doesn't matter. In 2018, AIIMS Raipur had a cut off of 99.46 for OBC Category. That is roughly more than 650. Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Now AIIMS exam pattern and marking scheme are different from than that of NEET. While AIIMS MBBS was conducted for 200 marks and also included English and GK sections while NEET is conducted for 720 marks and only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now AIIMS releases its results in the form of percentiles while NEET releases its score in the form of marks. So going by this, you will need more than 650. If you are looking for Online NEET coaching then we do have NEET Knockout package which has more than 5000 videos and concept videos. This coaching is backed up by Artifical Intelligence and has previous question papers back dated to 17 years. how many marks for obc student chattisgarh for aiims raipur any prediction help please
it is the first time ever when AIIMS are conducting admission through neet examination so predicting cut off marks is quite difficult for Aiims Raipur or any other Aiims
Also,
cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc and AIIMS will be providing admission through all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high
keeping these things in mind you should try to get at least 640-650 marks in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Raipur if you belong to obc category
Thank you
