No , neet is for those who are belong to medical stream which means they have biology subject in their class 12th examination . From neet you can do mbbs , bams , bds , mds , and many other courses.
If you want to become chemical engineer , you can give the JEE mains entrance exam. As for engineering , jee mains is there so that if you will crack that exam you will may get best government colleges. Many colleges and universities also conduct their own entrance exam for the admission so you can also apply for them.

i would like to become a chemical engineer... i took computer science in high school which involves physics chemistry and maths are these only needed to do this course... and is biology required to study this course .. whithout taking bio science can i take this course?
