The cutoffs across all the IIMs vary. For example the older and reputed IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Calcutta have a very high cutoff -higher than the others. The newer IIMs have a lower cutoff.
I would suggest you to take a look at the IIM Cutoff which gives the cutoff percentile for each IIM.

Management quota seats has nothing with the marks you score in your exams.The answer to your question is Yes, you will get admission in VBIT institute in management quota.

Sorry to say you wont be able to get IIM but you may have chances to get admission in top 20 if score above 95%ile because your board marks are average so you have to score well in CAT to ensure your chances.

If you have given any entrance exams (JEE, NEET, Mhcet etc) you can get the respective course (engineering, medical, pharmacy etc). If you want to pursue a graduation degree course you can take BSc, BSc Computer science, BSc IT, BSc Biotechnology etc.
You can apply for certain paramedical and diploma courses too.
If you want to change streams, you can take up any course in commerce and arts also.
