hi,
see if you want to gain excellence in communication skills you need to practice daily in both written and specking skills, however changing from one state to other state will not help you to make better communication, you may join part time spoken English course in local coaching institute or may learn by watching you tube lectures. also you may start writing blogs on your hobby or on your cooking skill or any of the topic which interest you. you may follow the below link to know about bsc in mathematics colleges in tamil nadu,

Hello, I am a B.Tech graduate(CSE), while filling the IMU-CET form there I had to add my English marks in the engineering pass out category, but we did not have English subject in my university, yet had professional communication skills subject in my 1st and 2nd year. so what should I add?
See the subject of English in many colleges are taught as Communicative English or Professional Communication skills etc. So technically you can use that marks in the IMU-CET application. Although I would recommend you to contact the helpdesk of the IMU-CET in order to get it confirmed.
The contact details as per the official website is provided below:

I dropped two years for neet preparation..now I want to pursue btech(cs)..will it affect my placements? Ive always been an excellent academic performer, good at communication skills too..scored 95% and 94% in 10th n 12th respectively
Dear Student,
No, it won't affect in any matter as there is no age limit to pursue B.tech, any person can pursue this.
As you have taken drop of 2 year so you need to create the gap certificate to take admission in any colleges and you can take admission in B.tech course either by direct or by giving the entrance examination.
In the placement round they only ask you to show the details of your previous semesters, you will be only be eligible to sit in the placements after your 3rd year, they won't ask you that why you have taken break after 12th and it doesn't even matter in placements.
As you got good marks in your 12th so definitely you can take admission in some top private colleges like JIIT Noida, Thapar University, SRM, Amrita School of engineering etc.
Good Luck :)
