what are the barriers to communications ? how would you remove them
Hello dear student,
There can be so many barriers to communication. firstwall what is communication it is an integral instant of living things communication in simple language is any exchange of information of words between two entities. While good communication is not just a process of transferring information from one to another entity.
So now the barrier to the communication can be -
- The use of jargons. Jargons means the technical terms
- Emotional barrier
- Lack of attention or interest
- Differences in perception and viewpoint
- Physical disabilities such as hearing problems for speech difficulties
- language differences can be a major barrier to communication
- Cultural differences
- Expectations and prejudices which may lead to false assumptions or stereotyping.
These barriers can be overcome by skilled communicator. There are few steps that can be followed to remove these barriers -
- Active listening
- Use simple language
- Give constructive feedback

In both of electrical and communications engineering and electrical and electronics engineering which one is better for the career in robotics technology field? Or is there any best btech course for it? Will it be best with mechanical engineering?
Hello,
Robotics Engineering is an interdisciplinary course and it involves Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. All the three Engineering branches are equally involved so it means that you can choose any of these three branches if you want to pursue your careers in Robotics. And choosing a branch among these three is your individual choice and interest. You need to deal with integrated circuits, chips, electronics components that are assembled if you are an electronics and Electrical Engineering. Computer Engineers write the programming languages depending on its functions and operations and Mechanical Engineers deal with the designing, assembly, mechanics, mechanism etc. So the question is what kind of work interests you the most? Take time to think about your ability and interest and choose a branch.
Please tell me about Apeejay Institute of mass communication. Im applying for corporate communications nd event management course. and please tell me about the course which will be started this year that is Financial and Business communication. please tell me.
Dear Aspirant,
Apeejay Institutes have a fairly good reputation in Delhi even though they are not ranked highly in NIRF. The course you intend to apply for is:
Corporate Communications and Event Management – In this course they have combined two distinct aspects which are communication and the other organizational skills. Two important skills you learn when managing corporate affairs or if you go into event management. Both are interdependent and that is why you see it as one course.
The new course is Business and Financial Journalism – Firstly it is about journalism and within this space – specialization in Business and Finance. This is pure analysis and then you should be able to convey your thoughts in a well written manner.
So do understand the difference and choose them based on your talent and strengths and not otherwise.
Good Luck
