Hello,
You can pursue any of them, its depend upon on your interest. In bcom all course is related to commerce subjects like economics, accounting, business studies whereas in bba is related to management studies.
If you get oppurtunity to do bcom from DU, I think you should do it.
You can pursue any one of them.
Thank you.
Good luck!

Company secretory and banking are both good fields but in compamy secretory your task will be auditing and managing company funds.

Hello Abhijeet,

All the best. Hope this will help you.
hi i am company secretary and i have scored 69 in mhcet llB 3 years..how should i further proceed to opt colleges?
When would I apply for CS in this calendar year?
A Company Secretary is a senior position in an organisation, responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto can join the CS Foundation Programme.
There is no minimum requirement of percentage of marks secured at Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination.
You can't apply for CS foundation December attempt because it's too late now. Last date was 31st march 2018. But you can still enroll for June 2019 attempt. Last date for registration for CS foundation June 2019 attempt is 30th September 2018.
Best of luck
From when and how should I apply for both CS and LAW and how should I pursue both of them consistently ?
YES, you can do both simultaneously l, it depends on your choice of law college you choose
CS with LLB is like a compliment to each other. Many of my friends are pursuing both the courses simultaneously but the only thing is you can only opt for 1 degree after completion of both and you can opt any one of them which are trending or most benefited to you.
It will add up a degree and knowledge too. Now a days recruiter looks for a person who had additional qualification with CS it might be LLB or MBA.
So its up to you if you can do both at the same time, better chances of getting Job at the earliest.
Pros
- Much higher qualification would lead to more good opportunities
- Making the option wider for your career
- Professionalism in two main streams
All these being pros they sound really good and will be very good when you will pursue these but there are many cons as every good thing comes with some negativity such as-
- This would get much difficult to pursue LLB
- Apart from this CS regular classes would make your schedule much hectic.
- LLB exams might also suffer much due CS examinations .
- Apart from all these their also one main reason which is as said “Travelling in two boats at same time will make you sink” thus focusing on one things at a time would benefit much
