° Do yoga and meditation every day, so that you can keep your mind peacefully and be away from negative thinking. It also helps you to increase your concentrate power.
° Stay with positive thoughts and try to avoid negative thoughts, because of negative thoughts you feel more tensed and stressed out.
° Taking care of health and diet. Eat healthy food and be healthy, any inconvenience in health can cause loss of interest during exam preparation/ cannot handle situations properly.
° Sleep well and give importance to your sleep, try to sleep 6 to 8 hours a day. It's because good sleep can help you feel relaxed, focused and concentrated during exam preparation/ what ever work you do or be any situation.
° Try to spend time with parents or with your friends, so that you can feel relaxed from a hactic prepration and give time for mind to calm down and feel stress free.
° Gives breaks during the exam preparation. Continues studying with any breaks is not recommended as it causes stress.
