well the candidate want to take admission in diploma engineering courses must completed the 10th or 12th from a government recognise board.

the candidate must have score 40% in case if you want to take admission in private colleges or in government college if you belongs from  sc/st/obc  then you have to sore between 40% to 45% and if you belongs from general category then you have to score minimum 50 percent.

if you done completed iti then you will get additional benifit of getting later entry by which you'll apper in 3rd semester directly.

Yes, you can do BE in computer science engineering even though you have done mechanical engineering in diploma. Anyone can change to Computer science branch in Engineering.

DCET is an exam conducted in Karnataka for the students to take admission in engineering as lateral entry. Through DCET you can join in Engineering in computer science.

DCET helps you to join in Engineering  through counseling process. Or else you can join in Engineering in computer science in your preferred college through management quota.

Jee mains cut-off marks are category wise last year 2021 cutt off for  general category is 87.89 and OBC-NCL is 68.02 and sc/st is 45 to 55 . This year jee mains cut-off will be release in two different forms are qualifying cut-off and admission cutt off.

Agriculture Engineering:

It is also known as bio systems engineering. It is field of study for designs principles for agriculture industry. It offers Under graduate (4 years), Post Graduate (2 years) and Phd (5 years max) programs.

The eligibility criteria is to score minimum of 50% aggregate in class 12th for Bachelor's program, 55% in B.Tech for post graduation and 60% for Phd. If you are applying for B.Tech program, you must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject combination in class 12th.

It is very difficult for you to get into NMIMS with Computer Engineering. To get a seat in NMIMS Computer engineering branch you need to score below 1000 rank or to be more precise below 600 rank, If you are willing to take admission in Mumbai campus. For the other campuses the range varies but still goes up to 2000 rank only. So your rank is too high to get a CSE seat. You can look for the other branches if you want.
