l got 78.46 and want to go Computer Science . i am girl from obc category looking for best college

Samyak Jain 8th Jul, 2026

Hello Dear Student,
With a 78.46 percentile as an OBC female, your predicted JEE Main rank will likely fall between 2.1 Lakhs and 2.5 Lakhs. Since admission to premier NITs/IIITs for CSE typically requires ranks under 50,000, your best options lie in State Engineering Colleges, GFTIs, or top private universities.

i have two choices one is nirma with fees and other is pdeu with tfws both are in cse course,if I prefer pdeu than it almost saves 11-12 lakhs rupees. and i dont know about pdeu computer engineering placement and dont know after 4 years what about in pdeu cse branch,,,i am confused now!

Hello Dear Student,
Choosing between Nirma University and PDEU involves weighing brand reputation against significant financial savings. For a Computer Engineering (CSE) degree, Nirma University has an established legacy, but saving INR 11-12 lakhs through a PDEU TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) is an incredible advantage for your future.

I have secured 15000 rank in keam . I have ews reservation. In which of the government colleges will i get admission in computer science engineering even in the last rounds of allotment.

Samyak Jain 29th Jun, 2026

Hello Dear Student,
With a KEAM rank of 15,000 and an EWS reservation, securing a seat in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at premier government or government-aided colleges is highly unlikely. Top-tier institutes close their CSE branches well before 3,000.
