which is good for job among bca and bsc in computer
Hello,
That is entirely dependent upon your post-graduation goals. In other words, if you want to work for a corporation as a developer, you should choose BCA, however if you want to become a professor, Bsc is an excellent choice. After earning your B.S., you can work for any organisation, but you will need to put in more effort than most. The reason I'm telling you this is because, unlike in BCA, where you'll study about applications, the emphasis in Bsc is on theoretical understanding.
Therefore, there are many high prospects for being recruited at the top MNCs if you study extremely well. As a consequence, I would conclude that a BCA degree is beneficial if you want to get employment quickly.
Thank You
sir i passed plus two computer commerce .can i eligible bca
Hi,
As per your mentioned query yes, you are eligible to persue BCA. The eligibility criteria for BCA vary from college to college so it's depends on the college in which you wanted to take admission.
The basic BCA eligibility criteria for the BCA admission process is mentioned below:
- The student must have an aggregate of 50% or above in Class 12 in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce) with English and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
- Some colleges grant admission to students who have completed class 12 without Maths and English as compulsory subjects.
Hope this will help you !
Can a bi .p.c student do bsc computer seicnce
HELLO ASPIRANT,
HOPE YOU ARE DOING GREAT. I would like to let you know that it is a little challenging for a BiPC student to pursue a B.sc. in computers because Mathematics is a requirement in your intermediate class to get admission to the programme. Students who studied physics, chemistry, computer science, and math in the 12th grade are eligible for a BSc. But a BiPC student can pursue a BCA degree (Bachelors in Computer Applications). To qualify for a bachelor's degree in computer science, you must have completed the 10+2 programme from a recognised board with English, physics, chemistry, and mathematics as required subjects.
ALL THE BEST
i have given 2022 10th board exam so for calculating my % can i add computer marks instead of any science marks and how will cbse make our % will they add the best scoring marks? rply plz
Hello student,
below is the method and criteria for calculating the percentage score in Class 10th board exam from CGPA scores :
To calculate the percentage of your CBSE Class 10 board marks, you need to follow the given below steps: Step 1: Add the grade points of all main subjects. Step 2: Divide this sum by five. Step 3: Now, multiply the results of step 2 by 9.5 .
Furthermore, Pass marks in CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board exams is 33% . For subjects that have both practical and theory, securing at least 33% marks in both is a must.
Further, the subjects that have higher marks are calculated in the total marks.
I hope that this will help.
I have got 80% in science stream which includes English and computer but I have got 74% in physics chemistry and maths will I am able to qualify for iits and nits
Hello,
Congratulations for your results!!
Yes, you can qualify for IIT and NIT. You may score not so well in class 12th but, you can qualify competitive exams. I know few people who did not score good in class 12th, but qualified NEET and JEE. So your class 12th marks should not hinder your career.
But you should score more than 60% as an eligibility criteria and that you have done. So no worries. Now you should focus on further studies.
If you want to get admission into IIT or NIT then stop thinking about 12th result and start your preparation for JEE. Widen your horizon and start solving questions and clear your concepts for competitive exam.
Hope it helps.
All The Best!!

Hello!
Candidates who want to take pursue Bachelor of Computer Applications programme must have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board. And t he minimum age limit of the candidate must be 17 years. However, the eligibility criteria slightly varies from colleges to colleges.
Regarding your second query, I think you should come to a decision by yourself. You should pursue the course in which you're interested.
Hope this will help you. Good luck
Ive currently completed my grade 12th in bio math stream.Which career path will be best if i want to setle abroad and earn more?Is it computer technology or biotechnology?
Hello,
No professional path is superior. Everything depends on your desire and willingness to put in more effort, if necessary.
What matters is what interests you.
It takes patience, money, and the ability to put up with professorial teasing to earn a PhD in biotechnology . Be ready to accept modest pay, lecturer positions, or positions as research fellows. Life is certain, and the more you learn, the more others respect and appreciate you.
On the other hand, computer science is a promising field for businessmen. If you know how to code, you will succeed.
Good Luck!!

I got 87.8 %ile in june attempt of JEEMAIN 2022 and I belong to SC category. What will be my expected rank? And what colleges i would be getting with computer related branches.
Hello,
As per your percentile which is 87.8 , your predicted rank would be around 1.4L . So, in this rank computer science branch would be a bit difficult in the top NITs. But in some lower NITs like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut you may get core branches or even non core branches like Electronics and communication and electrical and electronics.
In other NITs like Arunachal Pradesh, Srinagar, Agartala, Meghalaya, Mizoram you can get cse branch but i would recommend you that choose these nits only if you are interested in the computer science branch otherwise not .
