According to UGC guidelines, if the pandemic situation gets in control soon then the session for fresh students (ones who are starting their graduation) will start from September 1 . And the session for old students will start from August 1.
This highly depends on the current situation, if the lock down doesn't get relieved then the session may start late. Also once the entrance exams are done, the colleges would start the admission process immediately.
This year corona virus spread is active and the intitutes like IIT,NIT etc students have to stay in hostels. To have social distancing in class rooms, and to have less strength in hostel etc will be better. If govt restricts the admission capacity to only 50% seats then insitute can have less stud.

What you are talking is practically not possible because government always aim to increase the number of seat not to decrease .
And one more thing also, even they reduces the number of admission intake then what about the the other students who are in 2nd 3rd or 4th year. Reducing the number of admission intake is not the proper solution we have to find some other solution because this pandemic is not the permanent it will be cured and everything will be smooth once the vaccine is discovered.
College may continue the online teaching classes if this situation will not be under control soon.

All exams are being conducted, even in 2020, although they might be a little postponed. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that in 2021, when the situation would have improved, the exams would be cancelled. So, I suggest you to be rest assured and prepare for the exam. It will definitely be conducted!
Is it ok to MBA this year during this corona virus situation ?
Well Manish, MBA is a 2 year course, so if you are to start your degree this year, by next year obviously there are chances for the country to recover back the losses in the country's economy. However, if you are completing your masters this year then, you can look for companies that are still hiring or can wait for a year or 2, to get a good placement.

Considering the current situation, the chances of resuming International flights by December'20- January'21 are less. But it all depends on the decision by the government, if the pandemic gets in control soon then the flights might resume or may resume for emergency cases only. If not then it would start a bit late because exposing to international territories might increase the chances of pandemic spread.
