The core difference between BA-LLB and BBA-LLB is the difference in the subjects combinations with law, BBA-LLB is more about combination of management studies and law unlike in case of BA-LLB which is combination of art subjects with law, hence this is more suited for working in corporate world and the main reason for this is your fundamentals in terms of understanding of the domain you will be working in will be strong enough, other than this more or less the opportunities for law graduates remain the same as in terms of appearing for judicial exams, or even appearing for government exams such as UPSC, state PSCs, SSC CGL/CPO, CDS, Railways recruitment for graduates, even in banking sector apart from the post of generalists there are also specialist post pertaining to law which you can apply, to know more details regarding this, visit our page as mentioned below-

To become a corporate lawyer, you have to become a lawyer first of all. So, going for law courses sounds good if you want to become a corporate lawyer. You could go for courses like BA-LLB, BCom LLB, BSc LLB, LLB or BBA-LLB in Corporate law or business law. Only these courses can ensure proper exposure for you.

All the best!
I am doing ba hons in political science from pgdav college in Delhi university. I want to be a corporate lawyer. should I take economics as my second subject or should I go with sociology
Hello,
Corporate Laws deal with forming, owning, operating and managing of a corporation.
In UG level courses you need to take integrated law courses after completing a basic graduation degree you can specialise in Corporate Law.
An economics degree helps prepare you for careers that require numerical, analytical and problem solving skills – for example in business planning, marketing, research and management.
So yes economics is important in corporate law.
If you understand society (through a better understanding of economics) it will help you to better understand the design of the legal system.
As you will be appointed in a legal firm or corporation economics will be of great help.
Hope this helps!!
