even if you belongs to SC category you have very negative chances of getting a seat in AIIMS college since the cutoff for this year has been a tremendous height you should cross a score good to get a college in AIIMS that also in stray  vacancy.

According to your rank 110 and as you are BCD candidate and you are asking for civil engineering Mtech or ME in OU that is Osmania University , Jowharlal Nehru Technological University of state of Telangana, in the last counselling. But it is a hope of chance to get your aspiring category like civil engineering.

*As you know, that the Karnataka MBBS counselling is conducted for filling the 85% State Quota seats which includes 6577 MBBS and 2674 BDS seats in colleges of the state. Their no official date announced for NEET counselling..

There is no particular NRI Quota rather it is NRI category so you can apply for AIQ counselling . It itself means all India so yes you can apply for more than one state. USA schools do not issue transfer certificates but it is needed for admission in India so instead you can ask for a letter which would act as a equivalent to transfer certificate. You do not need 6th to 8th marksheet . Mostly the 12th standard marksheet works fine. And the letter would itself testify that you completed your education till 12th standard.

First of all Congratulations on scoring such a good rank . I think you should not worry  as your daughter will easily be able to get CSE in CBIT,Hyderabad as their closing rank is around 5200 so she shoudn't have a problem getting admission there . Dear Aspirant,there are good chances that you may get into IIT,NIT,GFTI based on your ST category rank. But I cannot guarantee that you will surely get a seat in the above mentioned colleges.
