Yes, you can upload the online generated income certificate for admission counselling. If your online generated income certificate is signed or sealed by the respective authorities then it will be approved for your counselling process. Or else you can do attested your online generated copy of your income certificate any authorized officers.

As per the state counselling 50% seats are reserved for state quota in all the colleges. To apply under state quota you need to have a domicile for that particular state. If you have the domicile certificate then you are eligible for the 50% reserved seats. However you can apply for same college under AIQ as well as under state quota but I would recommend you to apply under state quota for the colleges that are in your state and apply for other colleges under AIQ (all india quota). This would make more sense and might help you to get admission easily.

First of all , you need to remember WBJEE admission through counselling is totally based on GMR / PMR , not on category ranks .

So, it will be fine if you have filled up the registration form as Gen Candidate as your admission will be based on General rank only .

But , for direct admission .. or decentralized Counselling  .. may be the college authority need OBC certificate if you tell them that you are a OBC candidate . It's better to contact with the specific college authority for detail information about direct admission .

The applicants who are willing to take part in the counselling process must pay an application cost, which varies for each category. The registration procedure is one of the first and most important processes before the counselling process can begin, and there are a few steps that must be carefully considered and followed in order to avoid disqualifying the candidate.

After registering, the candidate must pay the counselling fee online. To be qualified for the counselling rounds, candidates must pay the counselling cost. There is no return for the counselling cost.
