Not sure about which counseling process you are asking but in general once the documents are verified in any counseling process they will confirm you through your registered email . However, in case they observe any doubt about documents that you have uploaded they will immediately bring to your notice to re-upload the document again through your registered email .

Yes, residential certificate is required for TS EAMCET counselling for non locals.

• Residence Certificate of either parents in Telengana for a period of 10 years in case of non-locals.

If you belong to the OC category then you might be eligible for the telengana eamcet counselling  for the minority category under EWS category. Also you need to have the valid EWS certificate of the current year and if you already have the certificate of the previous years then you will have to renew the certificate.

Since you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you as a General category student. With the above mentioned rank in TS EAMCET and according to the previous year Cutoff for TS EAMCET, you have very difficult chances of getting Government colleges in bsc Agriculture seat in hyderabad. This is because the required rank in TS EAMCET for bsc Agriculture seat is around 500-1000 in general category.

In order to get qualified, a candidate must score 25% marks to pass the AP EAMCET exam. Total 40 marks out of 160 is needed to qualify AP EAMCET. As for agriculture seat is concerned, the Cutoff marks for agriculture is generally around 125 although the parameter changes every year.

So, you have to fetch more  than 130 to increase your chances for getting admission tp your desired stream.

If I am being very honest, with 179k obc rank chances of getting a college is low. At least through JOSAA counselling you won’t be getting any. Hope you understand, that the rank is too high, and the competition is too much. Now you can wait for the CSAB counselling, but I cannot guarantee you anything, as this round is generally very unpredictable.

Seats under the B-category are filled based on JEE main score, Intermediate marks and also under the management quota . Though the government instructed the engineering colleges to invite applications online till October 5 to fill the B-category seats, the managements have not uploaded the forms.
