What if a student is not able to attend Term-1 cbse 10th board exam as tested covid positive? Would the board conduct a re exam?
HEY NIRMALA
ACCORDING TO LATEST NEWS-
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made an important announcement for students who have contracted COVID-19. As per the CBSE circular if a student has tested positive then he/she need not worry about his/her lab practical exams.
Exams for such students will be postponed and can be done either in April or even after written exams are over. CBSE circular says such students should just be advised to take rest and be in isolation at home.
As per a CBSE notification, "It has come to the notice of the board that because of COVID-19 pandemic, students of classes 10, 12, along with their families, have shifted to some other city or country and therefore, they are unable to appear in the practical/ theory exam from the school/ exam centre where the students are registered for the board exams."
HOPE YOU DO WELL!

Hello There, My question is about the CBSE term 1 exam for class 12. It looks like my daughter will not be able to take the term 1 exam (COVID) (unless CBSE provides an online option) in case if she misses the offline exam, then what are the other options? to retake the term1 exam? Thanks
Dear aspirant !
Hope you are doing well ! This is not right thing to leave the exam because covid is in control now,it will affect her future ,so it is recommended not to absent in any exam ,also school as well as cbse do not tell about this thing that what will happen to those who will absent so after get information it will be shared to you.
Hope it helps you !!
Thank you
is covid test eport is necessary for nda2 2021
Unless you were having COVID recently, it is not generally mandatory to have covid test done for appearing in offline exam
If you are in quarantine, you may call the test centre in advance and make necessary arrangements to be done.
Please don't forget to carry your own black/blue ball point pen, mask and hand sanitizer. Ensure social distancing. Avoid electronic equipment.
Read through the guidelines and make a list and check if you have the necessary things.
Good luck for your exam !
can i get cse branch in vit or similar colledges if Im from covid batch studying in 12th class?...
Hi aspirant,
Your question is not clear at all do ping me in comments if you need more information. Add first admissions to b tech courses at Vellore institute of technology is done through VITEEE. Based upon the rank obtained in the examination and choices filled by during the counselling seats are allotted to the candidates. Similarly other top private colleges have their own entrance examination and you can appear for them and follow the same procedure for admission to the courses. The names of few are mentioned below:
- MET
- AEEE
- KIITEE
- SRMJEE
Hope it helps!!
hi, i want to know, i was re register in june 2020 for second year in bcom..but i had one back in one subject in first year..but after covid many students get promote in second year but i didnt get promote and i had submitted all my assignments of second yr so how i will get promote in second yr.
Hello,
You haven't mentioned the name of the university, though I assume it's for IGNOU, see as per the recent notification released at http://www.ignou.ac.in/userfiles/NOTIFICATION_0001.pdf it has been notified that only first year students enrolled in July 2020 were exempted from appearing in Term End Examination of June session of 2021, that is June TEE 2021, second year enrolled candidates in June 2020 session they can appear for December TEE 2021 , also you need to clear your backlog of first year, else your status will remain incomplete, in case you have any other queries please reach out to the ignou grievance cell at https://igram.ignou.ac.in/, in case your query was for some other university, I would request you to write down the same in the comment box below, you can also search any other relevant information in our site.
As per the covid protocols the VITEEE 2022 must be remote proctored as an option so most of the students agree this What is your opinion !!
hi, considering the circumstances, it has been predicted that the third wave of corona virus can hit anytime soon in december. As we have already seen, the aftermath of wave phase it utterly grim and unfortunate to people, economy and life activities. as far as student life is concerned , chances are very high that viteee might be happening online proctored like it happened for year 2021, but we also can not ignore the fact that many prestigious exams like JEE and NEET were held at centres (offline) ensuring all necessary protocols, BITSAT for birla institute of science and technology was also held offline, i.e at allocated centres. so, one can not clearly predict if entrance exams of private colleges will be online or offline
will tamil nadu Medical council issue provisional lisence for fmgs if they did their last 3rd and 4th year through online mode because of covid? please !!!!!! answer soon ‼️‼️
Hi Candidate,
Hope you are doing good!
- Registration of additional qualification is a legal requirement under TN Medical Registration Act and RMPs doing specialty practice without registration, is against law.
- This aside, the RMPs have to follow the rules followed for such procedures. The delay fees are applicable as per the guidance issued by MCI in 2012. Similar delay fees are applicable in most institutions (like Medical Colleges, Universities) to condone such unwarranted lapse.
- The confide certificates or the list of the doctors completed UG/ PG/ Super Specialty / DNB/ FMG degrees from the attached Institution/ (through Embassy for FMG degrees) are absolutely mandatory for any registration to ensure genuinely. The same procedure is followed for those seniors not registered for years also.
- This step is essential to screen against fake certificates.
In AEEE and VITEEE 2022 What means Computer based test (CBT) rather it means that we can take test from home or going to exam centres during covid situation. pls answer my query .
Hi aspirant,
AEEE and VITEEE are two of the biggest examination for getting entry into the best private Engineering colleges in India. See both the entrance examination traditionally was conducted as a Computer based test and students were required to reach the allocated centres on the mentioned date and time.
But due to very scary conditions related due to corona pending in 2021 it was not even possible to conduct it at the different centres so the examination was held in a remote proctored mode in which the students were allowed to write the examination from their homes with webcam and third eye. But it was clearly told that it is due to unusual conditions and the same tradition will be followed from next year so you can not a call from your home's rather you will have to reach the allocated centre.
Hope it helps!!
In case if I am covid positive and sometimes cant attend the exams like VITEEE , AEEE 2022 if they conduct in offline mode (centre based). What is the solution for this will I be able to attend exam from home . pls answer my query.
Hi
Unless the mode of the entrance exam is ORPE( online remote proctored exam) you can't take it from home irrespective of you being ill or not. This year Vellore institute of technology had conducted it in ORPE. Same can't be said about in 2022, they might be taking it in centers all over India. Check this link
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/viteee-exam-centres
As for AEEE it is both computer based and ORPE based , meaning you can take it in centers allotted or from home, both will be computer based.

Hope this answers your query!
