UGC has now permitted candidates to pursue two degree in regular mode from same college or different college, as you wish to pursue the courses from same college you can do so, the only thing you have to keep in mind is you fulfill the required attendance criteria, since it's a regular mode of study you will be required to attend classes of both courses, so as long as you can maintain this you can pursue two degree courses from same college, you can also pursue one course in physical mode and another in distance/online mode.
