It is very difficult to predict the actual cutoff of different colleges as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared,how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. Based on previous few years trends and cutoff you have a chance in andhra University college of engineering  in CSE as the closing rank of 2020 is 889 home state rank.

In response to your query, According to prior years' cutoffs, your ts eamcet rank should be below 3K. For now, attempt to attain a rank below 2K because competition is increasing and the cutoff is becoming tougher. Then the simplest option is to enrol in CBIT's cse department.

The following is the cutoff for admission to CBIT:

It's 1718 (man) and 1775 (female) in general (female)

It's 13035 (male) and 15866 (female) for SC ( female)

ST IT is 15187 (male) and 21151 (female) ( female)

Miles 4488 (male) and 6845 (female) for British Columbia ( female)

As you have mentioned about the vit cse category 1 cut off, so let me tell you that vit doesnt even release its cut offs so one cannot say anything about its category wise cut offs.

Last cut off released by it officially was around 4-5 years ago. So as per my knowledge the cut off generally stays between 5k rank. Upto this rank the seats are generally filled .
