Getting admission in daiict is a tough task and you will have to put a lot if hardwork while preparation in order to get admission in this college.
There is no issue if yiu are from UP or any ither state you can still get in daiict through GUJCET but DAIICT has 50% seats under Gujarat Quota and 50% under All India Quota, but you can get admission through jee as well as gujcet if you will be able to score good marks.

Hello Arsh, yes, a dropper can get admission in DAIICT. There is no such condition that DAIICT only accepts fresh student and not droppers. But you need to score good marks in JEE Mains in order to secure seat in DAIICT ICT Course because it is one of the best colleges for ICT in india hence the competition is very high. But, freshers would certainly be preferred in case there is a tie between two students for admissions.

Based on your mentioned colleges without any doubt ofcourse daiict is the best college in all the aspects and svnit also good but not that good with comparing because any course it may be one thing we need to consider about teaching with comparing daiict has good faculty with experience even svnit has more faculty in number but not in experience and also based on placements, infrastructure ,study background and all the categories daiict is better
