I would like to tell you that nobody can tell you exactly what will be the cut-off mark and rank for a particular category or institute as it keeps varying every year. One can only make guess on the basis of previous patterns. Predicting about Cut-off rank is easier than the cut-off mark as later is dependent on the difficulty level of paper. According to the CLAT 2018 cut off for All India Unreserved (General) Category for the first round of DSNLU admissions, only those candidates were allotted a seat who scored between 111-108.75 (Corresponding Rank 1180-1432). The cut off rank varies depending upon the category and a All India general candidate secured admission with 101.75 marks (Rank 2491) in Second list for admission . If you want to know previous cut-off mark for any particular category I can provide you the same for CLAT 2018. I hope it helps!

DSNLU accepts CLAT exam scores and not AP LAWCET.

The rank is quite far from getting a seat in DSNLU, and on top of that the BCD category makes it next to never. You might try for other places instead of sticking to this.

Considering your rank you seem to have a fair chance for admission in NLU Kochi and Vizag through the vacancies. But the probability of a vacancy arising cannot be determined.
All the NLUs will deal with the process of filling up vacancies on their own. So, i would suggest you to stay updated on amy notices regarding the vacancies on the respective official sites of the NLUs as with your rank you do have a chance in lower tier NLUs through Vacancies.

In the process of CLAT 2018 Counselling, there are only 3 rounds. There will be no more allotment lists after this. If you have not been allotted any college in the 3rd allotment, then this is final.
But the NLUs which witness vacancies will themselves fill up the vacant seats. For that you need to stay updated regarding such notifications on individual NLU's official websites. Considering your rank your chances through vacancies are also less.
