Job Scope of Data Analysis in Germany :
The easiest way to find out what is in demand is to go to Glassdoor and enter "Data Science" and the city you're interested in.
For example, in Berlin there are plenty of open position for all sorts of data scientists, and many of them don't require any German. There are plain Machine Learning roles where PhD is required, there are tons of data engineering and big data roles - very practical ones, where you need to manage some sort of Hadoop cluster, and there are plenty of roles in between. Some of the companies need people with NLP and information retrieval skills, and some look for Business Intelligence specialists. So whatever data science role you're looking for, you'll find it in Berlin.

See many data analytics courses are available. However it depends upon what kind of course you are looking for. I see many short term courses and also some are part of the undergraduation courses. IIT Delhi has the Data Analytics & Intelligence Research (DAIR). Check them here http://www.cse.iitd.ac.in/dair/. NPTEL offers free lectures and courses also. There is this one http://www1.iitkgp.ac.in/pgdba/ whoch is in collaboration between IIT Kharagpur, ISI Kolkata and IIM Kolkata. You can write to DAIR to ask for better guidance. However the institutes you talk about are also similar. I cant speculate how good they are. Placement prediction is always difficult as it always depends upon the candidate and his/her skill sets. I suggest you check the placement records and statistics of these institutes before you join

If you are really interested in Data Science, then it;s ok. You can do engineering in any college you want but some IIT's are providing opportunities to students who are willing to do masters in Data Science. Please refer google about them.

1- Earn a bachelor's degree
