You can get admission in DAV COllege for BSc Chemistry (hons) provided you still have your transfer certificate(of 12th) along with your character certificate and 12th result. The minimul eligibility cutoff is 50% in 12th boards but since the admission is merit based the higher you score the higher are your chances of getting admission.

For admission into B.Com (//B.Com) Hons, one needs to have 50% at least in their 12th grade. If this criteria is fulfilled, you will be eligible for admission into DAV College Chandigarh. If you have got 84.5%, then you might be eligible for the course. You should apply and check if you get admission or not. As per your question, yes you can take admission in the college where you want but there are some procedures which you should go with is that firstly you should require transfer certificate from which you are going to another college. Secondly you should carry your academics results which will be proof of your first year that you had passed all the exam . So that's it from this simple steps you can transfer your college.

But honestly not all colleges give transfer certificate to students easily during the academics. Don't this happens in some of the colleges. And if you had a valid reason then for sure they will give you.

Both the college are private and both of them offer BBA course but in the case of establishment DAV institute of management is old in comparative to satyug darshan. Satyug provide 1 course under BBA and they charge 1.32 lakh fees  on the other hand DAV provide 4 courses under BBA and they have 540 seats.
