You should wait for the second round of counselling, you might get IT,ISE in the second round.

Just dont lock the college and you would automatically be eligible for the second round of the counselling.

Bharateesh, it seems very difficult for you to get Mechanical Engineering in DSCE. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. The branch closes off at 8k.

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

According to previous years' cutoff pattern i believe you have a great chance of getting CS in the first round in Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering.

Please make sure that you fullfill all the other eligibility criterias of the college by going through their official website.

Your comedk rank is close to the closing rank 

So there is a possibility but one cannot assure 

Depends on this year counselling rounds

Last year dsce closing rank is 4093

So try for it

With a rank of 13929 sorry but you would not get an ece seat in DSCE (2nd shift) as the cutoff rank for general category in year 2018 was 6273. If you belong to any other category then yes you have a chance(probably in 2nd or 3rd round to get into DSCE for obc reservation) and if you belong to sc/st then you have clear chance of getting ece in DSCE.
