DEd is diploma in education, it's teacher's training program which can be pursued after 12th standard, the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 50% or above depending upon the norms of the college, admission process varies as per the college, in some cases it's based on the merit of the qualifying exam, while in other cases entrance tests are conducted, after completing DEd you can appear for state level TETs or CTET, some of the top universities to pursue DEd are Amity University(Noida), Andhra University,  Aligarh Muslim University to name a few, you can visit the official website of NCTE at https://ncte.gov.in/website/RecognizedInstitutions.aspx to check out the entire list of DEd government as well as private colleges which have been differentiated as per region wise

The revaluation marks cannot be predicted it completely depends on the answer script what you have written and the evaluator will evaluate according to the guidelines given to them with answer keys that they have prepared for evaluation. So it would be difficult to predict whether you will be getting 11marks in revaluation or not if your answers are right and if they haven't correct properly or if they have made  any counting mistakes etc they will be providing you marks.
