Do You want to say that you in second year of diploma in engineering and you want to pursue degree course in engineering.

See it depends upon which engineering branch you will choose . Cut off  is different for different engineering courses. For computer science you need to score more in your diploma course. IT department also needs more score .

You will directly get a seat to the second year of engineering.

As you are from obc category  60 - 65 % in diploma will be a good score to get an engineering seat .
