there is few colleges in delhi which offers bachelor in vocational course on  hospitality and tourism. I have mentioned the colleges name below,

dr ambedkar University- eligibility criteria is Applicants need to have passed the class XII examination from CBSE or any recognised Board.

Dayal bagh educational Institute.- The eligibility condition for admission to B.Voc  programme shall be 10+2 or equivalent, in any stream.

Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences- eligibility criteria is 10+2 qualified from any recognized board

You will Definately get Admisiion in B. VOC hospitality & tourism course in LPU or Chandigarh University. You can also get in Top Colleges under Management Quota. ICAR delhi is a deemed university. It offers the postgraduate and above degree courses. The courses offered at ICAR Delhi are

M.Sc

M.tech

Ph.D

It does not have bsc agriculture course.

The general category aspirants must secure at least the 50th percentile, while SC/ST/OBC candidates must secure 40th percentile. For the year 2019, the scores equivalent to general category was 340, while for reserved category candidates, it is 295.

That mean you should get a rank of 1300 to get seat in MS general surgery

Yes you are eligible to get seat in top colleges of Delhi such as DU, DTU, GGSIPU and there are most of the chances that you might get your desired seat. And for NITs you might not get top of the seats such as cse or ECE but you might get civil, Mechanical or any other branch, according to the previous years records. Also, you might get seat in Iiit Pune.

Admission to the PG programmes is done:

1. Through Merit or Direct: 50% of the total intake shall be filled by direct admission of the students of the Delhi University only, on the basis of merit.
