A student gave her 10th & 12th CBSE exam from Delhi private school Sharjah. can she apply in genaral NEET admission general quota or she will automatically considered as NRI quota. as NRI quota fees are very high. please assist. Thank you

Qualifications criteria for the NEET-UG:
- It is not necessary to have an Aadhaar card to apply for the NEET 2022 test. The candidate may provide an Adhaar card, a Class XII Board-issued roll number, an Election Card (EPIC No. ), a Ration Card, a bank account passbook with a photo, a passport number, or the number of any other government-issued photo identification card.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- The age requirement for NEET is lower. The applicant must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2022, whichever comes first.The NMC has eliminated the maximum age requirement.
- After completing 12 years of school, candidates must have completed the higher/senior secondary examination or its equivalent.
- Candidates must receive a minimum of 50% in PCB subjects (for GEN and GEN-EWS), 45% in PCB subjects (for GEN PH), and 40% in PCB subjects (for SC, ST, and OBC-NCL).
- Candidates enrolled in the 12th grade may also apply. At the time of the initial round of counselling, they must present passing certificates that meet the required percentage.
- According to the High Court of Delhi's judgement from last year, NIOS, State Open School, or private applicants are eligible to apply for the NEET test. However, the applicants' eligibility is based on the outcome of the Medical Council of India's special leave applications.
Note: Math scores will not be taken into consideration for admission to MBBS/BDS programmes.

Hello , I am 3 year Bsc student applying for MSC in dtu . I have done my schooling from delhi private school till 12 but then did graduation from haryana . I have been residing in delhi since my schooling started and still living in delhi with permanent residence . will I get benefiit of state quota

Yes, you will still get benefits under the state quota. As per the norms students who have completed their secondary or senior secondary education from Delhi are eligible to fall under state quota. Moreover since you are a permanent citizen of Delhi, you can submit proofs like birth certificate, land revenue papers, etc to avail the services.
