Sir I have AIR 63843 in neet 2019. I am OBC.can I get any government colleges for BDS?
I am afraid that with this rank you have slight less chances of getting bds under all india quota .
You may have a chance in state quota
Rest you can easily get other medical courses like bams/bhms etc.
You can also try our college predictor to know which college you will get through in counseling.
All the best.

All the best!!
I got 360 marks in neet 2019 will I get free seat in bds colleges
Hey,
You won't get a free seat in any college be it medical or dental.
You have fair chances of getting seats in BDS colleges because the cut off is just 50th percentile of total for general category and 40th percentile for reserved categories. So your chances are fair enough . If not a good government college, you can manage a place in any good private college as well. You can also check the previous years cut off .
If you belong to any of the reserved categories, your chances of getting into a bds college is a little higher. But hope for the best and wait for the counseling.
All the best.
With 209 marks in neet can i get government or private college for dental
Hello aspirant!
I am sorry to tell you that with 209 marks, you won't be able to get admission in any government college. I think it would be hard for you to even get Dental course in a private college. Still enroll yourself for counselling and hope for the best. I wish you all the very best for your future!
What are the private college offering BDS course & fee structure
Fee structure range between 2 to 5 lakhs per annum. Also, management quota fee structure seats college to college as it should not be the same for all.
Hope you understand,
Thank you
Kya me bds karte hue neet ke prepration kar sakte hu aur agar mera neet me aa jata hai to kya me neet or bds saath me kar sakte hu
Hey!
Yes of course why not you can do but for this if you took admission in any bds college you have to look for the attendance and all that college stuff which can change your direction from neet. But first everything is. Possible as you should have enough courage in order to do this as only few can do this but i didn't say that noone any do ofcourse you can.
Its up to you . And be confident girst think about the circumstances and ask some of the senior which have done thia sought of thing.
Sir/mam can I got private dental college in sunder nagar with 223 marks from genral category himachal pradesh with the fees of 2.5lac per yr
The cut off is high for the private college. The intake of the college is not high. Go for the counselling you may get the seat.
Is their any scope in BDS if i done it from pvt. Collage.
Hey Arbaz
Government colleges are usually a preferred destination for studying, though the number of seats available there is limited, as is the number of colleges in comparison to private institutions.
When opting for a private college, choose the one that has an approval from the Dental Council of India. The Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) degree programme is a five-year course that is divided into four parts each of one years’ duration followed by a year of internship. The Dental Council of India registers those who have completed the BDS to practice dentistry. After completion of this degree, many graduates choose to join a government hospital to get hands-on experience.
A BDS degree alone is not considered enough to succeed in this profession so you will have to go for a Master of Dental Science (MDS) degree. You have to keep participating in education programmes based on your specialisation throughout the duration of your practise. Continuous education is an integral and an essential part of this profile. You simply cannot escape this aspect no matter whether you are a new entrant or have spent 40 years in practice.
Upgrading your knowledge is required, even in order to renew your license to practice on an annual basis. It's is also important to be aware of the developments in the medical field and pharmaceuticals.
You can also pursue various certificate and diploma courses to upgrade and update your knowledge in this field.
Excellent employment opportunities are available for dentists in dental departments in hospitals, nursing homes, dental clinics and health departments. You can also seek a teaching job in any of the dental colleges spread across the country. Apart from this, as a dentist you can seek work in the research and advisory departments of pharmaceuticals. Opportunities are there in companies producing oral care products like toothpaste, mouth wash, and gum care products.
Self-employment is also a promising avenue. With experience, you can start your own individual clinic. Many dentists prefer private practice as it provides the best financial prospects along with a greater level of independence.
Hope this helps!!
